Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between the company FÖGE (here in after referred to as "Provider") and its customers (here in after referred to as "Customer") in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Any differing terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting an inquiry or order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon the express acceptance of the offer by the supplier.
3. Services and Products
The supplier offers industrial lighting solutions and related products.
All product descriptions, technical data and illustrations are for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are net prices plus applicable statutory VAT.
Payment will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the offer or order confirmation.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed upon as binding. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events do not entitle the customer to compensation.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects in writing.
8. Liability
The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is assumed for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
